During your dental cleaning appointment at Promontory Dental Centre, you can expect:

Home care Routine
We encourage you to use electric toothbrushes, as they are much more efficient at cleaning teeth and remove plaque.
Flossing your teeth is equally as important as brushing. Remember to brush and floss daily at least twice a day - most importantly before going to bed.
Our team will review your home care routine, and discuss any areas for improvement. Our main priority is your oral health, and that includes your regular checkups as well as your routines at home.
