THIS PLACE IS TERRIBL- Just Kidding!!! I had such a good experience! I've been looking for a good dentist for a while after moving to Chilliwack and I think this place is my new fave! So a few things that stood out to me were: The customer service! The receptionists Christine(?) and Ashma were very helpful with booking appointments for my brother and myself! I also noticed how beautiful the space is, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting room. The wait was not long at all, and I was called in for my cleaning! Of course the cleaning went extremely well and they used a fluorine rinse of sorts that still allows you to drink and eat (excluding hot foods) which was a plus as i hadn't eaten at that point lol! After that i was given a goody bag of sorts with a toothbrush floss and tooth paste in a ÒPromontory Dental CentreÓ Watertbottle (it has a straw built in so another plus). I had a lovely chat with Christine at the end of my visit! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a place that's extremely comfortable and social!

involements with dentists share equal worries for the public much like police and the court do. I can vouch first hand my recent visit and treatment at Promontory Debral centre ws both punctual and flawless. getting an emergency appointment came ultra fast and once in the chair, the whole treatment was fast pain-free and accurate in its invoicing. I throughly recommend the services and the staff, they were experienced and very helpful in my options. first class seamless service from start to finish.

Excellent excellent. The professional vibe yes. The respect and no pressure for my not having dental or cleaning for several years... it was like "yup lets clean". Whereas my previous experiences elsewhere felt more, almost a guilt put on me. But if people dont have the funds and then they suddenly are able to get dental then great yay. So I want to say thankyou for being so kind and understanding. I recommend highly. Highly with a capital H.

Staff was professional and friendly, The payments lady was an absolute dear, assuring me she would maximize my benefits to their fullest. Modern, clean, and comfortable environment. The dentist Dr. Kim was courteous, compassionate, and very easygoing. Overall, as much as I dread going to the dentist, this has been the best one by far.

I have taken my kids a couple times now and was blown away by the kindness and patience shown by the hygienist. I'm so happy to have found a great dentist office for our family. The dentist was kind and thorough as well. They made my anxious kids feel so comfortable and welcomed.

Dr Saran is phenomenal with my kids; so kind, gentle and fun!! The staff are all super friendly from the moment we walked into the office until the moment we left. Highly recommend!!
